The breakfast was delicious, and the dishes we ordered were excellent. the bed was comfy, and the staff was both friendly and super helpful. the location is fantastic, very close to Tauern Spa Therme.

Everything was great at this hotel, nice and absolutely perfect staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with coffee, soap. The venue was in the middle of Kaprun. The restaurant was small and offered excellent dishes. Enjoyed it during our very comfortable stay.

Great staff here! My room was just what I needed - a comfy triple setup with a nice garden view. Plus, there was a bathtub in the bathroom for some relaxing soaks 🛁.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Kaprun Ski Center and within walking distance of all the restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are sufficient. The rooms are clean and there is always plenty of hot water for showers.

Had a blast at Pension Heidi! Spa, mountain views, and yummy breakfast. Even got to try snowmobiling and ice skating. Such a pampered princess!

Great central location, close to transport links and plenty of amenities nearby, also appreciated the tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

Although it was clean, it was far too small for a business trip and lacked any real space to work in comfortably. The bed, although fine to sleep in, was also uncomfortable for sitting upright and working.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay with my family at this hotel. the breakfast was filling and delicious, especially the freshly baked bread. the location was perfect as we could easily access the ski slopes by bus, which stopped right outside the hotel. being walking distance from the restaurants and shops was very convenient. the ski boot room was also a great feature, as our equipment dried quickly.

The beds were a little narrow and not very comfortable.
